My Expertise
My name is Michele Lovelock. I am a Registered Early Childhood Educator. I have had a multitude of roles in within the field from front line to consultation to management. I have a heartfelt commitment to creating spaces where every child feels a strong sense of belonging and well being. I believe in close partnerships with parents to support them in their parenting journey. I transform early childhood teaching challenges into measurable growth and calmer classrooms.
With over three decades of hands-on experience in early childhood education, I combine practical classroom strategies with research-based approaches to improve child outcomes, strengthen family partnerships, and reduce teacher burnout. My background includes leading infant, toddler and preschool and kindergarten classrooms, designing curriculum aligned to developmental milestones, training staff, and coaching teachers to implement inclusive, play-based learning that supports social-emotional, language, cognitive, fine motor and gross motor development.
